Processing Time:

·Customized: 5 - 7 business days

The specific delivery time depends on the purchasing time.


Note:

Tracking Information:

· You will receive an order confirmation email that will include your order number.

· You can track your package directly on the TRACKING ORDER option on the bottom of our site with your tracking number.

· Besides, our system will send you an email when your orders ship out but the email might be identified as spam. Please note.

Change & Cancel


· Any modification on the order should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Modifications include but are not limited to: cancel an order, change address information, add/delete/change item(s), change the shipping method, combine shipment. All such requests made within the 24 hours time frame will be fulfilled in a timely manner. Zoholife will not be held responsible for the wrong order due to the request for modification submitted later than 24 hours after purchase.
